The project of the interiors of [bu:r] was born from the intense collaboration with the Chef Eugenio Boer: the bold colors of the floors and walls suggesting a sophisticated analogy with the strong and decisive flavors of the cuisine, while precious materials like marble, walnut, and brass reflect the importance of raw ingredients. [Bu:r] is an intimate and welcoming place where unexpected decorative elements come together in the dining space, creating a pleasant domestic atmosphere.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

The project of the interiors of [bu:r] was born from the intense collaboration with the Chef Eugenio Boer. The deep and constant confrontation made by research and mutual contamination gave birth to a place characterized by a strong link with the Chef\u2019s personality, cuisine and history. The spaces, articulated to be flexible, are designed to offer intimate and welcoming environment, in constant <\/p>\n\n\n\n

balance between innovation and tradition. The use of techniques and raw materials typical of Italian culture, reinterpreted in an unusual way, refers to Boer\u2019s training path across the peninsula and his attention to tradition, while enhancing the Chef\u2019s innovative and unconventional spirit. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Likewise, techniques and materials from other contexts refer to ties with Holland, where Boer spent his childhood, as well as contaminations with traditions and cultures with which he came into contact. The bold colors of the walls and floors energetically distinguish the rooms of the restaurant, suggesting a sophisticated analogy with the strong and decisive flavors of the kitchen; similarly, precious materials such as marble, walnut and brass reflect the importance and sophistication of the raw materials that distinguish Boer\u2019s thinking. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Unexpected decorative features characterize the spaces in a unique way: among these, the monolith covered with three-dimensional ceramic elements, the wallpaper with Chinese-inspired prints in the blue color typical of Delft ceramics, the walls with the rustic plaster colored with golden finish; they are the synthesis of a modern and visionary, courageous and dynamic thought that unites the approach to the cuisine and the design of the spaces. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
