The project of the interiors of [bu:r] was born from the intense collaboration with the Chef Eugenio Boer and Carlotta Perilli: the bold colors of the floors and walls suggest a sophisticated analogy with the hues of the earth and the strong and decisive flavors of the cuisine, while precious materials like marble, walnut, and brass reflect the importance of ingredients. [Bu:r] is an intimate and welcoming place where unexpected decorative elements come together in the dining space, creating a pleasant domestic atmosphere.

The design of [Bu:r] spaces was born from the collaboration with Chef Eugenio Boer and Carlotta Perilli through an intense dialogue based on research and mutual contamination.

The spaces are conceived to create intimate and welcoming environments, in constant balance between innovation and tradition. The use of techniques and raw materials typical of Italian culture, reinterpreted in an unusual way, reflects Boer’s culinary journey across the peninsula and his attention to tradition, while simultaneously highlighting the Chef’s innovative and unconventional spirit.

The bold colors of the walls and floors, inspired by the hues of the earth, ‘dress’ the rooms of the restaurant, suggesting a sophisticated analogy with the strong and decisive flavors of the cuisine; similarly, the choice of precious materials such as marble, walnut wood, and brass reflect the importance and refinement of the ingredients that define Boer’s cuisine.

The solid beechwood tables, paired with iconic bentwood chairs, become a symbol of connection with nature and craftsmanship.

Light, whether natural or designed, adapts to the restaurant’s needs, transforming throughout the day and modulating harmoniously to always provide comfort, conviviality, and intimacy.

The dining experience therefore translates into a true sensorial journey, which also involves sight and touch in a subtle but constant way. The linear and pure architectural casing is enriched by material elements and unexpected decorative presences: among these, the monolith covered with tree-dimensional ceramic elements and the walls with a gold-colored rustic plaster finish. They are the synthesis of a modern and a visionary thought, bold and dynamic, which unites the approach to both cuisine and spatial design.
